the "Rules" of the SCDL are broken up into three seperate sections: The Rules and Regulations, The By-Laws and The Rating System. These are the League's "official" documents because they were adopted and changed by the Membership by vote. The other documents listed below are provided for your reference but are not "official" league documents because they depend on the official documents.
